Job description:

Have strong professional knowledge of the Cambodian legal system, especially legal documents related to the Bank;

Ability to research, analyse, evaluate legal documents and apply them in practice;

Ability to draft and evaluate legal documents (contracts, internal documents,...);

Able to provide legal advice to departments/individuals in companies/organizations.

 

Benefit for employee:

Competition salary from 400$ - 1000$ (as negotiating)
13th month salary and Bonus (up to 3 months’ salary) base on year-end result of BIDC

Uniform Allowance       

Severance pay 5%

Annual Trip and Health Examination.

Education and experience requirements:

Bachelor of law or banking;

Having experience working in the legal (minimum 1-2 years) is an advantage;

Having work experience such as banking, business law, labor law...is also considered;

Good communication skills: Able to present and explain legal issues in a clear and easy-to-understand.

Good writing skills: Able to draft legal documents and logically;.

Good logical thinking and problem-analysis skills;

Good teamwork skills;

Have high responsibility, careful;

Able to work independently and proactively;

Able to proficiently use office information technology;

Being able to use English (reading, writing, communicating) is an advantage.
