Customer Service Officer (Teller)

Job description:

Handle cash for all the transactions including deposit/withdraw cash and transfer

Process implements Bank transaction to open Account for current/transfer/fixed deposit for customers

Introduce and advice bank products and services to existing and new customers as ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account/mobile Internet Banking, transfer services ….

 

Education and experience requirements:

University degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Economics, or related fields is preferred.

At least one year of experience working in the credit field within the financial or banking sector.

Good understanding of the finance and banking industry, including banking products and services.

Ability to identify, monitor, and assess risk prevention and mitigation solutions effectively in sales operations.

Strong sales and communication skills.

Proficient in basic office computing skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Foreign language: TOEIC score of 550 or higher, or an equivalent certificate.

Age: Not over 35 years old at the time of application.

 Good appearance (Minimum height: 1.65m for males, 1.56m for females).

Preference will be given to candidates who can use and communicate in Vietnamese.

 

Benefit for employee:

Salary from 400$ - 1000$ (as negotiating)
13th month salary and Bonus (up to 3 months’ salary) base on year-end result of BIDC  

Uniform Allowance       

Severance pay 5%

Annual Trip and Health Examination.
