Dear valued customers!
In order to enhance the features and convenience of card services, BIDC would like to inform customers who are using BIDC's card services about the official launching of new VISA and CSS card products with an expected time in August 2025. The exactly cut-over day, BIDC will announce to customers later in August 2025.
To ensure the smooth and continuous use of card services, BIDC would like to inform customers to register for new VISA or CSS card to replace your existing BIDC card. Customer will get free of charge for card replacement, available from June 20th, 2025, to the end of 2025. After the going live of the new system, BIDC will stop providing services for current cards.
If need further support, please contact the nearest BIDC branch for timely support.
