Digital Banking (Technical Officer)

Job description:

Administrator of Digital Banking systems including eBanking (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, eKYC, SMS Banking, Payment systems) and Card systems ATM/, Smart POS (Onus, VISA, MasterCard, CSS, KHQR) to ensure that the system working smoothly;

Analyse, build, propose product development plans, improve/enhance features and utilities of Digital Banking channels;

Propose improvements to user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for Digital Banking channels;

Prepare User requirements document (USD) for features and products of Digital Banking products, participate in testing, deployment for upgrading its feature/products;

Coordinate with other Partners and Fintech companies to develop new Digital Banking channels.

Other related tasks are assigned according to work needs;

 

Benefit for employee:

Competition salary from 300$ - 1000$ (as negotiating)         
13th month salary and Bonus (up to 3 months’ salary) base on year-end result of BIDC

Education and experience requirements:

Have IT knowledge: Programming (Java, C#); Database (Oracle, SQL Server, Mango, PostgreSQL); administrator and operation of digital banking application systems.

At least 01- 02 years of experience in digital banking product implementation. Master the content and process of deploying products and services on the system.

Proficient in Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Age not more than 35 years old

Have skills to work independently and in groups, have good presentation and communication skills in foreign languages (English): TOEIC 550 (or equivalent) or higher.

Strong research, analysis, synthesis and evaluation skills.
