Regulations for Customers Participating of Program

"LUCKY DEPOSIT, LUCKY GIFT"

1. Program Rules:

1.1. Program Name: "LUCKY DEPOSIT, LUCKY GIFT"

1.2. Implementation Time:

- Start date : from May 20, 2025, to December 20, 2025

-  Applicable Deposit Products

+ Term deposits (USD), interest paid at maturity.

+ Deposit term: from 1 to 36 months

- Applicable Interest Rates

+ Fixed interest rate, according to the interest rate schedule published by BIDC at each period.

- Prizes: Winning customers will receive gift as below:

-Ticket Code: The code is automatically issued to customers from the prize code issuance program of BIDC through a message sent to the customer's phone number registered with BIDC and an OTT notification on the BIDC Mobile Banking App. The customer's prize code is calculated and converted according to the following formula: Number of prize codes = Deposit amount / minimum deposit amount for 1 prize code.

+ The minimum deposit amount is applied as follows:

For example:  customer A deposits 8,900 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of tickets code received by the customer is: SL = 8,900/9,000 = 0.98 => not rounded , minimum balance not enough for get 1 code from our system so customer can close and open again.

Example:  customer B deposits 14,000 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of lottery tickets received by the customer is: SL = 14,000/9,000 = 1.55 => rounded up to 2 tickets

Example:  customer C deposits 13,000 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of lottery tickets received by the customer is: SL = 13,000/9,000 = 1.44 => rounded down => 1 ticket

• Note: the score points

• If customers have a score below 1 point, they will not be rounded, and the rounding method is only applicable to customers with a score for 1 point or higher, which will be rounded as follows: < 0.5 rounded down; ≥ 0.5 rounded up.

+  revolving savings book is considered a new book and is granted a prize code according to the same rules as a first-time opened new book.

+ The prize code consists of 6 characters:

• The first character is the letter C (abbreviation for the program code)

• The next 5 characters are the prize numbers: consisting of 5 digits, starting from number 00001 to the last number (expected to be 99,999).

+ A valid prize ticket: is a ticket that, on the date of closing data for lucky draw, the customer's savings book is still active at BIDC.

For example: On 25/05/2025, the customer opens a savings book of 9,000 USD, with a term of 1 month, which automatically rolls over upon maturity.

• On May 25, 2025: When the account book is opened, the customer is issued a code: C-00207.

• On June 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00709.

• On July 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00921.

• On August 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00931.

• On September 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00941.

• On October 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00951.

• On November 25, 2025: When the account book is circulated, the customer receives an additional code: C-00961.The customer codes are eligible to participate in the rounds to determine the prizes as follows:

• If customer close fix before date 20/12/2025 so all ticket number code will cant join the program of lucky draw.

• For new customers (opening a new CIF at the time the program is applied):

• When customers come to the transaction counter to open a savings account after get points and receive ticket number code, they will also receive additional rewards as follows:

• Customers with points from 1 to 3 will receive a $10 voucher from Lamarina restaurant and a BIDC cloth bag.

• Customers with 4 points or more will receive a CVI insurance voucher as follows:

+ Customers with 4 points will receive a CVI insurance voucher worth $40;

+ Each additional point adds a voucher equivalent to $10;

+ The maximum voucher is $100, even if the customer has more than 10 points, they will only receive a $100 voucher.

• Example:  customer deposits 17,000 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of tickets the customer receives is: SL = 17,000/9,000 = 1.89 => Rounded up to 2 tickets => the customer will receive a 10$ Voucher from Lamarina restaurant along with a BIDC tote bag.

• Example:  customer deposits 40,000 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of  tickets the customer receives is: SL = 40,000/9,000 = 4.4 => Rounded down to 4 tickets => the customer will receive a CVI insurance Voucher worth 40$ along with a BIDC toe bag.

 • Example: customer deposits 50,000 USD for a term of 1 month, the number of tickets the customer receives is: SL = 50,000/9,000 = 5.5 => Rounded up to 6 tickets => the customer will receive a CVI insurance Voucher worth 60$ along with a BIDC tote bag.

*The Vouchers can only once time for one new customer when the customer visits the transaction counter to open fix deposit account.

1.3. Gifts and promotional prizes

- Winning customers will receive items (Honda PCX160YM25, Newest Iphone promax 256GB in 2025, and CVI insurance vouchers and Marina restaurant vouchers)

- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

- CVI vouchers include current products offered by CVI in the Cambodian market such as: health insurance, motorcycle insurance, car insurance, ........

Note: The insurance vouchers can be used by customers for insurance products that customers need and equivalent prices as  in the insurance voucher. In cases if customers need to purchase insurance exceeding the value of the voucher, customers will need to pay the remaining amount themselves.

For example: if a customer has a voucher worth $500 but customer want to buy a insurance from CVI $600, the amount the customer must pay more is $100.

- Lamarina restaurant voucher: customers can use it for any meals when visiting the restaurant.

- VIP account number from BIDC: Customers can choose any account number they like with the prize value offered by the bank, and can only select one account number, even if its value is lower than the value the bank provided. At the same time, customers can either use it themselves or give it to a relative or another customer. When coming to the transaction counter, customers are requested to bring the documents provided by the bank upon winning.

For example: a customer wins the first prize with a reward of a $1000 BIDC bank account number. When the customer comes to the transaction counter, if they choose a preferred account number valued at $500, they will only own that $500 account number, and the remaining amount will not be refunded.

2. Regulations for customers participating in the program

2.1. Withdrawal before maturity date:

 - Customers are not allowed to withdraw early during the program participation. In special cases when customers want to withdraw before maturity date customer must have approval from CEO. - For customers who have won prizes and want to withdraw before maturity date within less than half of the savings term, they must return the gifts in an amount equivalent to the prizes.

However, for customers win prizes and savings deposits have been for more than half of the term, they will not need to return the gifts.

2.2. Saving account rollover:

- In case a customer rollover their savings book during the program, the rollover book is considered a new book and is assigned a new code to participate in the program; the ticket numbers assigned to the previous can still participate in the lucky draws if the rollover book is still maintained at the time of data closure.

 2.3. Participation in the lucky draws for prizes and promotional gifts:

- On the close data date (by the end of December 20, 2025, customers are still participating in BIDC's promotional program (the savings book with term is still ongoing, not matured).

 - Prizes are available for all customers participating in the program during the implementation with who still have valid ticket codes (the savings book has not matured at the data close date). - The new customer prize is only for customers who open a CIF at BIDC during the program period.

3. Each customer can only receive 1 prize if they win multiple time

4. Lucky draw program:

- Form of draw: lucky draw with the presence of bank representatives and customer representatives.

- Time of lucky draw: BIDC will hold the prize draw ceremony within 10 working days after the program ends.

 - Determining prizes:

Conduct the draw until each prize is unique to 1 customer.

BIDC organizes the lucky draw based on the valid betting numbers issued to customers. The results of the lucky draw are monitored, recognized, and documented.

 Awarding prizes: within 30 working days after the winning determination date, BIDC will hold a prize awarding ceremony for customers.
