Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia Plc (BIDC) is a leading commercial bank in Cambodia. BIDC is expanding its business operation and having seen growth in recent year. In respond to BIDC’s growth & expansion, BIDC is looking for dynamic & enthusiastic candidates to fill in the vacant positions as following:
I.    Level salary and Other benefit for staff to receive additional benefits as below:
-          Employee shall be receive an agreed salary from 300$ - 1000$ (Total Income).
-          Receive bonus 13th month salary.
-          NSSF insurance as: Health Care and Employment Injury, 5%(Severance Pay), Annual leave and other according to Cambodia Labour Law
-          Bonus 1-3 months’ salary according with result BIDC’s business
-          Bonus if introduce customers using bank’s service
-          Special rate for staff loan, Uniform, Annual Health Examination and other …etc
  • For staff Customer Relations (Loan):
-          In additional the basic salary, BIDC has rewarding for staff exceed target will receive Business salary.
II.    Recruitment various positions: From Officer to Deputy Director, as follow:
1.      Customer Relation (Loan) staff at Head Office / Branch (20 positions) in Phnom Penh /Siem Reap Branch
Job description:
-    Main activities:
+    Finding customers with new loan demand according to policy, Products of BIDC in each period;
+    Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment.
-     Other activities:
+    Finding potential customers with demand to use bank service such as: Fixed deposit/ Current Account according to policy, product of saving money of BIDC in each period; ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account … etc;
+    Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.   
2. Customer Service (Teller 10positions) Head Office / Branch in Phnom Penh & Siem Reap Branch
Job description:
-       Main activities:
   Checking money (fake money), counting money
+    Create saving account, consulting and introducing to customers about BIDC’s products and services.
+     Input, checking data in to Bank System.
-      Other activities:
+    Finding potential customers with demand to use bank service such as: Fixed deposit/ Current Account according to policy, product of saving money of BIDC in each period; ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account … etc;
+    Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.   
 
3. Finance and Accounting (05 positions) Head Office
Job description: 
-     Input balance sheet income and expenditures of unit according with regulation, settlement professional Tax, monitoring and review of transaction documents
-    Perform all duties relevant of Tax, perform of announcement to report review according Public institution (General Department of Taxation, National Bank of Cambodia etc…).
      -   Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. 
 4.Planning (05 positions) Head Office
Job description:
-     Contact withFinancial Institution in order to finding new deposit or Fix deposit
-     Checking and making report about bank’s activities
-     Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.   
 
5. IT Officer (05 positions) Head Office    
5.1. Software Developer
     Job description:
- Maintenance and customize application softwar
-Develop software, products and services on Core Banking System, e-banking : Internet Banking, Mobile Banking
-Perform other assignments and participate the IT project with software team.
 
5. 2. IT Security Officer
Job description:
-Understanding of the Information security control domains such as Authentication/ Authorization/ Access Control, Entitlement Management, cryptography, Audit logging is required
-Experience with vulnerability assessment and related risk assessment tools and/or application development
-Experience is a plus.
-Experience with General IT control risk assessment and/or IT controls audit is desirable.
-Certificate in security is a plus: CEH, PCSNE, NSE, CCNA/CCNP Security, and Computer Security.
 
      II. Job Requirements:
-     Graduated Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or any related field (Except: Teller);
-    Priority for applicant who have work experience with the applied position;
-    Good communication of English in speaking, writing & listening, prefer candidates with other languages such as: Chinese, Vietnamese.
-     Be honest, enthusiastic and can work under pressure;
-     Height: Male 1.65 cm and Female 1.55 cm upward and good appearance;
-     Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
