Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia Plc (BIDC) is a leading commercial bank in Cambodia. BIDC is expanding its business operation and having seen growth in recent year. In respond to BIDC’s growth & expansion, BIDC is looking for dynamic & enthusiastic candidates to fill in the vacant positions as following:
I.       Recruitment various positions: From Officer to Deputy Director, Salary 300$ - 1,000$ (Total Income) as follow:
1. Customer Relation (Loan) Location: Phnom Penh (15 – 20 positions)
Job description
+Credit:
-     Finding customers to existing and new customer’s demand Loan according to policy, Products of BIDC in each period;
-     Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment;
+ Mobilization Capital:
-     Finding potential customers demand saving money as: Fixed deposit/ Current Account according to policy, product of saving money of BIDC in each period;
-     Promote and advice bank products and services to existing and new customers as ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account … etc.;
-     Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.   
2. Customer Service      Location: Phnom Penh (05 - 07positions)
Job description:
-    Finding, consulting and introducing BIDC’s products to customers.
-     Provide a comfortable way and take care for customers using products and services of the Bank.
-    Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.   
-     Prepare bank statement for customers.
      3. International Payment Officer Location: Head Office (03 - 05 persons)
 
Job Description:
-       Doing Fund both incoming and outgoing for the customers.
-       Transfer money.
-       Checking Daily balance.
-       Checking Daily Report at the end of working day.
-       Doing NBC Report.
-       Doing trade finance transactions.
-       Other Assignment form director (if any)
4. Finance and Accounting Officer (02 - 03 positions)
Job description
-     Perform duties as an accountant
-     Set financial plan and control income and expenses of units according regulation, tax settlement.
-     Accounting income and expenses of bank in according with regulation;
-     Monthly business tax declaration, tax audit;
      -   Manage, control and ensure that Bank accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles;
      -     Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing, cost accounting reports, monthly reports for various departments/division, NBC, etc;
-     Documents financial transactions by entering account information based on the legal document
      -     Audit daily journals;
      -   Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager. 
5.      Card Technical Officer Location: Head Office (3 - 5 positions)
Job Description:
-        ATM Support & Monitoring:
-        Monitor status of ATM (transactions, devices, availability of ATM journal, ATM receipts, ATM connection)
-        Check ATM error (if any) and change ATM journal, ATM receipt if empty.
-        Check and work with vendor during doing ATM fixing, maintenance
-        Support branches if they request to provide data of ATM journal or check system log for ATM error / fail transaction.
·         POS Operation & Support:
-        Check POS errors (if any) and send POS receipts to merchants (if receipts at merchant side are out of stock).
-        Check and work with vendor during doing POS’s application updating, maintenance or fixing errors.
-        Support branches if they request to check system log for POS error / fail transaction.
6.       Software Developer Location: Phnom Penh (02-03 Positions)
Job description
-          Maintenance and customize application software
-          Develop software, products and services on Core Banking System, e-banking : Internet Banking, Mobile Banking
-          Perform other assignments and participate the IT project with software team
Job Requirement:
-        Bachelor Degree in Computer Science (preferred)/Engineering.
-        Minimum requirements 1 or 2 experiences in Banking, MFI or related organization.
-        Experience in card international organization as VISA/MasterCard/CUP.
-        Understanding about the Card and E-banking business feature, requirement and solution.
-        Understanding of the digital and E-banking market payment and technologies.
      II. Education and Experience:
-     Graduated Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or any related field;
-    Priority for applicant who have work experience with the applied position;
-    Good communication of English in speaking, writing & listening,
-     Be honest, enthusiastic and can work under pressure;
-     Height: Male 1.65 cm and Female 1.55 cm upward and good appearance;
-     Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
III. Other benefit for employee of BIDC to receive additional benefits as below:
-          Competition salary (according to agreement)
-          Other bonus for employee exceed target will receive Business salary
-          Receive Bonus 13th month salary

-          NSSF Insurance (health care, Employment Injury according to Cambodia Labor Law).
