Customer Relation Officer Job description:

v  Credit:

-     Finding potential customers who have loan demand

-    Evaluate Customer’s business, possibility of loan, draft credit/hypothec contract and do other involving works

v  Banking Service:

-     Introduce and advice bank products and services to existing and new customers as ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account/mobile Internet Banking, transfer services ….

-   Finding potential customers demand saving money as: Fixed deposit/Current Account according to policy, product of saving money of BIDC in each period;

Customer Service Officer (Teller) Job description:

-     Handle cash for all the transactions including deposit/withdraw cash and transfer

-   Process implements Bank transaction to open Account for current/transfer/fixed deposit for customers

-     Introduce and advice bank products and services to existing and new customers as ATM Card (Visa Card …)/Payroll Account/mobile Internet Banking, transfer services … .

Legal Officer Job description:

-     Review and draft contracts, agreements to ensure that it has been in compliance with all statutory or legal requirements to ensure the company’s full legal rights.

-     Assist to keep track of updates of laws, statutes, decisions, and other legal articles.

-     Provide legal solutions and risk management advice to management especially on contract management.

-    Provide and interpret legal information and appropriate legal requirements to staff.

-     Continuously monitor compliance with statutory obligations and advise management accordingly.

-     Review the progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with lawyers.

-     Other tasks will be assigned by the Manager.

IT Officer Job description:

-          Maintenance and customize application software

-    Develop software, products and services on Core Banking System, e-banking: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking

-      Perform other assignments and participate the IT project with software team

Job Requirement for IT Officer:

-        Experience in programing (.Net, Java, …).

-    Understanding about the digital banking, Retail Business (transfer, e-wallet, payment system).

ATM Technical Officer Job Description:

-        ATM Support & Monitoring:

-        Monitor status of ATM (transactions, devices, availability of ATM journal, ATM receipts, ATM connection)

-        Check ATM error (if any) and change ATM journal, ATM receipt if empty.

-        Check and work with vendor during doing ATM fixing, maintenance

-        Support branches if they request to provide data of ATM journal or check system log for ATM error / fail transaction.

·         POS Operation & Support:

-        Check POS errors (if any) and send POS receipts to merchants (if receipts at merchant side are out of stock).

-        Check and work with vendor during doing POS’s application updating, maintenance or fixing errors.

-        Support branches if they request to check system log for POS error / fail transaction.



·         Legal position:

-  Experience Required: have at least 2 years’ experiences in Law firm/Lawyer License, permanent control and risk management at MFI or bank

-     Minimum Educational Level Required: Bachelor's Degree in Law

-     Good knowledge and understanding of corporate law and civil law.

·         For Other positions:

-   Year 2 or higher degree in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Auditing / Information Technology / Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.

-    Priority for applicant who have experience of relevant experiences in Banking;

-     English equivalent, priority to candidate who are able to communicate in Vietnamese;

-     Be honest, enthusiastic and can work under pressure;

-   Height: Male 1.65 cm and Female 1.55 cm upward and good appearance;

-     Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.


-          Competition salary from 300$ - 1000$ (as negotiating)

-         13th month salary and Bonus (up to 3 months’ salary) base on year-end result of BIDC

-          Uniform Allowance

-          Severance pay 5%

-          Annual Trip and Health Examination.

-          NSSF Insurance

-          CVI Insurance
