Bank for Investment and Development of Cambodia Plc (BIDC) is a leading commercial bank in Cambodia. BIDC is expanding its business operation and having seen growth in recent year. In respond to BIDC’s growth & expansion, BIDC is looking for dynamic & enthusiastic candidates to fill in the vacant positions as following:
I.   Recruitment Positions
1. Customer Relations Officer (Loan Officer : 20 - 30 positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-     Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment:
-     Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status;
-     Promote bank products and services to existing and new customers;
-     Prepare loan report as required by supervisor and/or manager;
2. Customer Development Officer (07 - 10positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-  Do marketing, sale & promotion of Bank products & services (such as loan & deposit) to Individual/Business
-       Attend to the development and deployment of the monthly, quarterly and yearly sale program and plan
-       Find new prospective customers and maintain existing customers
-       Find out the needs of customers; provide consulting and encourage customers for using BIDC’s products and services. Listen to and solve customer’s feedback/complaint if exceed the authorized limits propose to management for direction.
      3.  International Payment Officer (05 - 07 position)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-     Receive documents, payment vouchers, review legal check, Logic of documents, customer’s documents provided in accordance with the right format and law for the implementation of the transaction, International payment as transfer money, release & receive money LC, Payment of LC..., and other services related to international payment;
-       Receive and resolve information, complaint of customers, consultancy, introduce to support for customers about products and services of bank;
-     Prepare report daily/weekly and Monthly to NBC.              
4. Finance and Accounting Officer (05 - 07 position)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
      -     Accounting income and expenses of bank in according with regulation;
      -     Monthly business tax declaration, tax audit;
 -    Manage, control and ensure that Bank accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles;
      -     Prepare daily/weekly reports to NBC;
      -     Audit daily journals;
5. Legal staff of the Internal Audit Officer (03-05 position)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
          -     Research, provides legal opinion and assisting work regarding question to the bank.
           -     Collecting the Legislative documents of the bank and other sources.
           -     Follow up and update new announcement, law and regulation.
         -     Support solves some cases regarding BIDC’s AML including managing and update blacklist folder.
          6. Property Valuation Group Officer (03 – 05 positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
           -     Ensure the security value of the property adequately covers the loan
           -     Examining and taking note of the property details and its condition
          -  Determine the amount of insurance required for the purpose of establishing insurance cover.
         - Taking note of the property’s topopragpy, street frontage, allotment shape, size underlying zoning and location
      - Measuring the property’s structure and make notes on any significant improvements
            -     Perform research the market survey value of property by location.
          7. Planning Officer (03 – 05 positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-     Planning and balancing the bank's capital
-     Contact with Micro finance and set up all announcement related of work requirement.
8. Network Administrator (03 positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-     Ensures all computers and other devices connected to the networks (routers, hubs, and switches) are operating correctly;
-     Responds when the systems breaks down or operates slowly to identify and when able correct the problem.
* Requirement for Network Administration position.
+    Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science;
+    Good English skill ;
+    At least 01 year experience;
+    Router, Switch, Cisco CCNA degree;
+    Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) certifications desired.
9. IT Security Officer (03 positions)
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
-     Establish and enforce security policies;
-     Defend against the threats to information security; cyber criminals, virus and malware outbreaks, unauthorized access attempts
* Requirement for Security Officer Position
+   Diploma, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science;
+    Good English skill ;
+    At least 01 year experience;
+    Understanding of the Information security control domains  such as  Authentication/ Authorization/ Access Control, Entitlement Management,  cryptography, Audit logging is required
+    Experience with vulnerability assessment and related risk assessment tools and/or application development experience is a plus;
+    Experience with General IT control risk assessment and/or IT controls audit is desirable.
II. Education and Experience:
-     Graduated Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or any related field;
-     Priority for applicant who have work experience with the applied position;
-     Good command of English in speaking, writing & listening, and priority for applicant who is good at Vietnam language in speaking, writing & listening;
-     Have good interpersonal, communication, negotiation & presentation skill;
-     Be honest, enthusiastic and can work under pressure;
-     Height: Male 1.65 cm and Female 1.55 cm upward and good appearance;
-     Salary under agreement.
